New fusion technicians are trained initially at the Billings, MT facility for at least a week, and then in the field under the leadership of a Mentor in our 6-week Green Hat program. They must demonstrate knowledge and consistent performance of our Health and Safety Program, ASTM fusion procedures & documentation, and excellent customer service in order to graduate out of the green hat.
